What is the Deluxe Microscopic Hair & Cellular Investigation™?
It is our most in-depth consultation: 90 minutes for $199 at our Northwest Houston clinic. It combines a detailed history with an extended, magnified look at your hair and scalp, so findings are as complete as possible.
How is it different from the In-Person Hair & Scalp Consultation?
The In-Person Hair & Scalp Consultation ($99, 60 minutes) is the usual starting point. The Deluxe Investigation adds more time and a deeper microscopic review, which suits concerns that are long-standing, complex, or have not responded to what you have already tried.
Who is the Deluxe Investigation best for?
Clients who have had changes for a long time, have tried several approaches, or simply want the most detailed picture available from the start.

How should I prepare?
Bring a simple timeline of what you have noticed, a list or photos of your products, and your questions. Zena can help you gather these before your visit.
Is the Deluxe Investigation a medical exam?
No. Trichology is non-medical. The Deluxe Investigation is an educational, investigative evaluation — we do not identify medical conditions or prescribe treatment, and we will refer you to a licensed medical provider when appropriate.
What do I receive afterward?
You leave with documented findings and a recommended, personalized pathway — in-clinic programs and home care where appropriate — so your next steps are based on what was observed, not guesswork.
